The information provided is from the Rohnert Park Public Safety Office and reflects the Arrest Log from Jan. 16 to Jan. 22. The log is comprised of arrests and some of the more interesting calls. For those who are curious about the local police response to all calls, the Calls for Service section of the Rohnert Park Public Safety website has the most recent activity logs.

On Jan. 22 at 12:48 a.m. a local woman was arrested at the intersection of Redwood Drive and Rohnert Park Expressway on suspicion of a DUI with alcohol of .08 percent or higher. She was then provided with a free ride to the Sonoma County Jail. At 9:30 a.m. a local man was picked up for a parole violation on the 900 block of Copeland Creek. Then at 2:57 p.m. a Petaluma woman was arrested on suspicion of burglary and forgery. Later at 7:35 p.m. a local man was suspected of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize on the 200 block of Adele Ave. and was arrested. Just after 10 p.m. a transient was picked up for public intoxication on the 4600 block of Redwood Drive. The night ended at 10:33 p.m. for a local woman on Commerce Blvd. when she was arrested on suspicion of battery domestic violence.

Monday, Jan. 21 started quietly with an arrest at 9:40 a.m. of a Petaluma man near 6300 Redwood Drive on suspicion of a violation of probation. A transient man was arrested at 5800 Redwood Dr. at 12:51 p.m. for suspicion of a violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. A local man was offered an escort to the Sonoma County Jail at 1:15 p.m. for a violation of probation on the 300 block of Laguna Drive. Finally at 9:49 p.m. a local man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault on Alison Ave.

Sunday, Jan. 20 started early for a pair of minors cited for possessing alcohol near the 1500 block on Monarch Pl. just after midnight. At 2:26 a.m. a local man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession burglary tools near the intersection of Adele Ave. and Santa Alicia Drive. At 1:44 p.m. a local man was arrested on suspicion of a violation of probation and resisting a peace officer on the 800 block of Hudis St. Then at 1:45 p.m. a local man was arrested at Home Depot on suspicion of shoplifting. At 7:44 p.m. a local woman was arrested for suspicion of a DUI.

Saturday, Jan. 19 ended up being a lighter day for jail visits. At 12:24 a.m. a Boyes Hot Springs minor was cited for public intoxication near Roberts Lake. At 2:14 a.m. a man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a violation of probation on the 5000 block of Redwood Drive. Later that day at 1:23 p.m. a local woman was picked up on a violation of probation on the 6500 block of Country Club Drive.  A domestic violence with injury issue on Santa Alicia Dr. sent a local man to the Sonoma County Jail at 4:28 p.m. courtesy of Public Safety. Then a San Mateo minor was cited at 11 p.m. for possessing alcohol on the 7500 block on Monet Place.

On Jan. 18 at 12:31 a.m. a local man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 8200 block of Old Redwood Highway. A Fair Oaks man was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on suspicion of a DUI for alcohol of .08 percent at 6469 Redwood Drive. At 1:31 a.m. a Santa Rosa man was arrested at the intersection of Myrtle Ave. and Old Redwood Highway on suspicion of public intoxication. A local woman was cited at 3:48 p.m. for a driving on a suspended license at the intersection of Country Club Dr. and Carlita Circle. Then a local woman was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence battery on Boris Court to end the night.

Thursday was rather slow on Jan. 17 starting with an arrest at 1:45 a.m. when a local man tried to pass a fictitious check at 6145 Commerce Boulevard. He was arrested on suspicion of that crime and possessing a stolen vehicle. A local woman was cited at 5:51 a.m. on suspicion of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia on Golf Course Drive near Gold Way. Then a local man was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on City Center Drive for suspicion of domestic violence battery.

On Jan. 16 a man from Santa Rosa was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on suspicion of an outside warrant and possession of a deceptive government identification on the 600 block of Rohnert Park Expressway. Later at 12:42 p.m. a Santa Rosa man was cited for petty theft on the 5900 block of Redwood Drive.
