Community invited to Hanukkah event

The community is invited to a “Celebrate the Light” Hanukkah event at Congregation Beth Ami from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4.

Arrive a few minutes early to participate in a community candle lighting at noon. Bring your own menorah (homemade or other) to light.

Along with a selection of fresh foods such as potato latkes, there will be a Hanukkah bazaar including local artists and vendors. There will be activities for all ages, a raffle, Jewish music and Israeli folk dancing. All proceeds will benefit Beth Ami and its school.  Admission is $5 per family, but no one will be turned away for financial reasons.
